REWARDS AND RECOGNITION PROGRAMME

We live the philosophy of 'Catch someone doing something Right'. In sync with this philosophy, we have instituted our Rewards and Recognition Programme with the objective to recognize exceptional efforts and establish internal benchmarks.

ACE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

A process is employed to seek monthly department wise nominations of employees from all across the country. 'Rewards and Recognition Committee' evaluates all the nominations and arrives on a consensus for the winner. HR announces the winner employee as Ace Employee of the Month.

Takeaways for the Winner

There is a huge recognition for the winner of the aforesaid award. The winner Ace Employee of the Month is eligible for recognition and goodies.

Birthday Bash

Birthdays are never missed at SITI Networks! Monthly Birthday Celebrations are a time for employees to gather together and exchange wishes and have a good time over high tea.

Fun Fridays

Select Fridays at SITI Networks are celebrated as Fun Fridays. It is a time when our employees can feel little rebellious in attire and attitude and enjoy having fun while working.

Festival Celebrations

Our workplace is a livewire during festivals like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, Eid, National Holidays and on many other Indian festivals. All employees contribute to create a joyous ambience during festivals by wearing ethnic dresses and playing fun filled games.

Konnect Session

We believe in building communication bridges between leaders and their team. Konnect provides a sharing platform to further improve operational efficiencies and reinforce transparency in the system, policies and processes. In Konnect forums, employees share their candid feedback and suggestions to improve business and transactions at SITI Networks.

Training and Development builds competencies and assists people to perform better in their roles. A supportive learning environment, concrete learning processes and practices enable people to excel in their current roles and prepare them for future roles and challenges. Training interventions support and develop the building blocks of the organization

INDUCTION TRAINING

Induction at SITI Networks aims at acclimatizing a new employee to the organization. This program introduces the new employee to the culture, standard operating procedures, accepted practices and standards of performance in the organization. The Induction program at SITI Networks is implemented uniformly across the organization.

Functional training

It is a structured process wherein employee's functional training needs are catered to enable employee to perform with benchmark performance. Functional Training aims at taking employees to the Next Level in their performance. These trainings are planned on the inputs provided by the employee and his supervisor to HR after they conclude their 'Job Chat'.

Training Methodology:
Internal - Training by HOD / Designated Trainer in the Function
External - Training by External Trainer/Consultant within or outside the organization and by nominating employees to the External Programs
